Centria HealthLab

Centria HealthLab is a hub for innovation, demonstration, development and training in health technology products. It connects and serves healthcare providers, technology companies and research and development organisations in the Central Ostrobothnia, Finland.

HealthLab is based on a broad health technology network ecosystem, open innovation, multidisciplinary skills, and application of new operating models in the development of health tech products and services. It supports development and deployment of robotics, artificial intelligence, digitalisation, and automation technology in health and care. Lab’s transportable equipment and collaborators enable trials in authentic operating environments. Centria HealthLab enhances co-development, user trials, and commercialisation of products and services.

The HealthLab environment includes advanced technology for the following areas:
