Description of everyday life

Well, you know, I'm a 72-year-old lady living here in Pohjois-Haaga, in a cozy two-bedroom apartment with my daughter and two precious grandchildren. My day usually begins with me rising early, doing some gentle exercises to keep myself fit, and then cooking up a good breakfast. After that, I love taking a stroll outside, especially on days when we decide to visit multicultural women's club.

The best part of my day, I must say, is spending quality time with my family, particularly my lovely grandchildren. I enjoy sharing stories from my homeland with them; it's a way to connect them to their roots.

I'm quite independent, but I do admit that sometimes I need my daughter's help, especially when it comes to matters of my health. Staying active has been a big part of my life, and I think that's why I've been fortunate enough to stay healthy without any long-term illnesses.
I have a few interests that keep me going. I love cooking traditional dishes from my culture, meeting new people, and hanging out with friends. However, I do worry about the future. You see, here in Finland, they often move older folks like me to retirement homes, and I fear that might happen to me someday.

Still, I'm content with where I live. It's a safe neighborhood, and everything I need, like supermarkets, is just a stone's throw away. I've even embraced technology. I have a phone and a laptop, and my daughter recently taught me how to use a computer. I also wear a smartwatch that helps me track my steps and keep an eye on my health.
I may not be a tech expert, but if there's something interesting out there, I'm willing to learn. I believe technology can be quite helpful in our lives.

In my world, the most important figures are God and my children. The arrival of my grandchildren was a turning point in my life, bringing me immense joy. Ultimately, what I desire most in life is happiness.
